本音樂會以耳熟能詳的《佩里亞與梅麗桑》組曲開場，加入林昭亮的拿手絕活─普羅高菲夫「第二號小提琴協奏曲」。
下半場的貝多芬「第八號交響曲」與普羅高菲夫「古典」交響曲，前者展現魔術師般的重重驚喜，後者露出對古典樂派的調侃，在藝術顧問水藍領軍下，展現國臺交突飛猛進的氣勢。
Lan Shui "Master conductor of what has become a world class orchestra" -American Record Guide (March/April 07) Lan Shui has been Music Director of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra since 1997, and was appointed Chief Conductor of the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra from the 2007/08 season. His tenure as Principal Guest Conductor of the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra ended at the end of the 2007/08 season. As a guest conductor, Lan Shui has worked in the United States with orchestras including the Baltimore Symphony, Detroit Symphony, Houston Symphony and the Minnesota Orchestra. In Europe, he has visited the Danish Radio Symphony, Frankfurt Radio Symphony, Gothenburg Symphony and the SWR Stuttgart amongst others. He has performed at Festivals including Tanglewood, Aspen, Round Top, Eastern Music and the Casals Festival. Upcoming highlights include a return engagement with the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie, and concerts with the Orquestra Sinfonica de Tenerife, Hong Kong Philharmonic and the NDR Sinfonie in Hamburg.

普羅科菲夫： D大調第一號交響曲「古典」，作品 2，第一樂章：快板、第二樂章：甚緩板、第三樂章：嘉禾舞曲，不太快的快板、第三樂章：非常生動活潑的
