作為臺灣布袋戲界的第一代女演師，江賜美女士是臺灣少數仍活躍於掌中藝術舞台的女性，她打破早期禁止女性登上傳統戲曲舞台的社會風氣，縱橫臺灣傳統戲劇界七十餘年，由她創辦的「真快樂掌中劇團」，更以女性觀點詮釋布袋戲劇目，探討傳統戲劇中女性角色的思維。放映櫥窗邀請她和我們聊聊身為一位由男性主導的掌中戲演藝界的女演師的心路歷程，也分享她心中的布袋戲之美。
One of the first female puppeteers in Taiwan, CHIANG Szu-mei, is now one of the few remaining women active in the industry. She overcame the traditional custom of women being prohibited from taking part in stage performances and has been part of the traditional theater sector in Taiwan for over 70 years. The Jin Kwei Lo Puppetry Company, which she founded, puts on puppet shows from a female perspective in probing people's mindsets on the role of women in traditional theater. She will share her thoughts on the history of a field dominated by men and her ideas on the beauty of puppetry.
