勝利交響樂團致力於培育國內外優秀的青年音樂演奏人才，提供他們展示才華的舞台，並邀請國內傑出樂團之首席和演奏家擔任聲部指導，創造機會讓優秀學生能與他們共同演出，為樂團帶來不斷成長的動力，致力於在臺灣推廣音樂。每年樂團舉辦三場音樂會，涵蓋多種音樂風格，本次邀請到知名鋼琴家陳冠宇老師及指揮家鄭立彬老師，一起同台演出，為觀眾帶來更加精彩豐富的音樂會。

蓋希文：藍色狂想曲（約18'00）（鋼琴獨奏：陳冠宇）
德弗札克：G大調第八號交響曲 作品88（約40'00）
Victory Symphony Orchestra is dedicated to cultivation outsdanding musicians and providing them with a platform to showcase their talents. The orchestra even invites the principal musicians and performers from outstanding domestic orchestra to serve as section coach. And creating opportunities for outstanding students to perform alongside them. Bringing growth to the orchestra and dedicating efforts to promoting music. Three music performances are held annually, covering a variety of musical styles.This time, renowned musicians from Taiwan, Chen Kuan-Yu, along with distinguished conductor Cheng Li-Pin, will perform together. Bringing audiences even more exciting and enriching musical concert experiences.
