「浪漫樂派」承襲古典樂派，又在單純絕美的樂聲中，增添一抹浪漫、悲情與幽默，當這股潮流傳向東歐、北歐、俄國等地，與當地民族風格相互激盪，興起所謂浪漫樂派中的國民樂派。劉岠渭教授與 NSO 獨奏家們聯手合作，透過現場精闢的講解與細膩的室內樂演出，深入感受浪漫時期的靈魂人物布拉姆斯、德弗乍克與柴科夫斯基經典室內樂作品所要陳述的私密內容。
The Romantic music of the 19th century, which inherits the rules of the Classical music with the romantic palettes added in, originally began in the Austria-Germany region, but the genre soon began to influence Eastern Europe, the Nordic regions and Russia, and sparked the Musical Nationalism movement which combined folk tunes and melodies of specific countries of ethnicities. Collaborating with Prof. Chu-Wey Liu, the soloists of NSO will interpret the romance, melancholy, humor, and ethnic palette of the souls of Brahms, Dvorak, and Tchaikovsky, the prestigious Romantic and Nationalist composers.

TCHAIKOVSKY：String Quartet No. 1, Op. 11, 2nd Mov.
BRAHMS：Piano Quintet in F minor, Op. 34, 3rd Mov.
