場次一：當代音樂的推動與行銷 韓國統營國際音樂節創立之初，為推動紀念韓國作曲家尹伊桑而建立的統營音樂廳，以及促進統營文化觀光產業而生，現已成為亞洲最重要的音樂節。執行長Florian Riem曾為多位知名音樂家如基頓．克萊曼、傑西．諾曼等人的經紀人，並具備豐富的音樂節統籌語規劃經驗，他自2014年掌管韓國統營音樂基金會與新落成的統營音樂廳，成功將原本地處偏僻的統營塑造為當代音樂的重鎮。而韓國藝術經紀服務堪稱韓國輸出文化藝術的重裝部隊，從包裝、呈現、行銷，將韓國政府對文化藝術的支持落實到國際市場，該組織成立初時，即為了推展韓國傳統與當代音樂而開始，每一年的「韓國音樂之旅」將許多韓國音樂家推上國際樂壇，本場次邀請韓國推展音樂文化最具指標性的組織和場館，與臺灣觀眾分享經驗，探討場館、音樂家與國際連結的相互關係。 場次二：當代的傳統追尋 吳素霞與蔡雅藝分屬兩個世代、兩個區域的南音藝術家，一位在傳統領域裡精益求精，並戮力於傳承；一位以深厚的基本功，探索全然不同的電聲世界。蔡凌蕙為臺灣作曲家裡，同時接受西洋音樂與傳統音樂教育的作曲家，受到西方學院的作曲訓練，投入臺灣唯一的傳統音樂系多年，自稱進入寶山，在自身的創作和傳授下一代之間，走出一條獨特的專業之路。李勁松以電聲音樂連結廣闊的藝術世界，作為舞蹈家桑吉佳的專屬音樂設計、詩人北島的音樂謬思加上視覺藝術的專業背景，他與蔡雅藝在2018年交出一張漂亮的成績單。本場論壇將由四位藝術家現身說法，分享求藝之路的創新思考，也探討傳統藝術的當代面貌。

Forum I: The Promotion and Marketing of Contemporary Music The Tongyeong International Festival is the most important music festival in Asia. It also promotes the tourism industry in Tongyeong and use of the Tongyeong Concert Hall, built in commemoration of the world-renowned South Korean composer lsang YUN. Its CEO Mr. Florian RIEM, whose track record included working alongside many distinguished musicians, has rich experiences in planning music festivals. He has been administering the Korean Tongyeong International Festival Fund and the newly built Tongyeong Concert Hall since 2014 and has successfully reshaped Tongyeong from a formerly remote town to a significant center for contemporary music. The Korean Artist Management Service (KAMS) plays a critical role in South Korea's export of culture and arts. It implements the government's support for culture and arts in the international market from packaging, presentation, and marketing. This session invites the most iconic organization in promulgating music and culture in South Korea to share their experiences with the audience in Taiwan and to discuss the relationship between venue, artists, and international connection. Forum II: The Contemporary Quest for Tradition Nanyin artists WU Su-Xia and CAI Ya-Yi, two generations and two regions. One pursues excellence in the field of traditions and accentuates inheritance, while another, having strong basic skills, explores an entirely different electroacoustic world. TSAI Ling-Huei is a Taiwanese composer who has received both Western and traditional musical education. Having trained in composition from the West, she 」oined Taiwan's only traditional music department and stayed for many years. TSAI has found a unique professional pathway between focusing on her own composition and teaching the next generation Dickson DEE connects the vast art world with electroacoustic music. With the experience of collaborat­ing with the famous choreographer Sang Ji-Jia's as the exclusive music composer, plus his visual art background, DEE managed to achieve great results with CAI Ya-Yi in 2018. four artists will share their innovative thinking during their own」ourneys of pursuing art and converse about the status of tradi­tional art in the contemporary era.
