2025年適逢國立臺灣交響樂團創團八十週年，為慶祝這個特別的時刻，國臺交於團慶前規劃一系列不同性質的演出，其中「交響大會串」系列依循著「有朋自遠方來，不亦樂乎」的精神，邀請國內具代表性的交響樂團隊共同登臺、以樂會友。
系列二「歡慶・神聖的火花・小約翰史特勞斯200週年」由台北世紀交響樂團帶來小約翰・史特勞斯兩百年誕辰紀念特別企劃—史特勞斯家族是開啟19世紀奧地利娛樂音樂創作的濫觴，小約翰・史特勞斯又是提升創作藝術價值的重要推手，本場次由廖嘉弘教授擔綱指揮，為聽眾帶來一場充滿德奧藝文氣質的交響盛宴。

To celebrate the 80 anniversary of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, the 3 concerts of "Symphonic Bouquet" series were arranged and the second of the series is "Celebration & Holy Sparke-In Memory of Johann Strauss II"-to celebrate the 200 birthday of Johann Strauss II, the conductor Chia-Hong Drapal Liao chooses the iconic German-Austrian works composed by J. Strauss II and W. A. Mozart to lead the Taipei Century Symphony Orchestra to perform and show the artistic essence of the era and pay tribute to the composers.
