關於劇情
一個堅持藝術理念但劇團演出票房奇差，負債累累的團長阿浩，正在那間已經很多個月都繳不出租金的公寓裡與團員掃把排練新創作的作品；不料…房東又再度上門追討房租，同時，討債公司的黑道兄弟也找上門來，正當阿浩等人無處可躲之際，他的前女友趙亞薇出現了，他們曾經是一對非常相愛而且有著共同夢想的情人；如今，阿浩是個狼狽不得志的劇團團長，亞薇卻成了縱橫媒體娛樂界的女強人，她企圖為阿浩解決所有債務問題，但唯一的條件是要阿浩創作一齣「具有台灣當代精神」的戲劇。
眾人疑惑地望著亞薇，全然不理解她的動機究竟是什麼，也許是一種彌補的心態、一份難以忘懷的情誼、一個曾經共有的夢想，或是…一個意想不到的陰謀。
在這個光怪陸離的舞台上他們找到了台灣新精神－精緻藝術與俗濫娛樂的大和解！
About the Play Although debt-driven due to bad box office, A－Hao,a dead broken theater artist, refuses to compromise his artistic ideas. A-Hao is rehearsing a new production with their member Broom, and all of a sudden,the commercial collector and landlord come to collect their debt. While A-Hao is desperate for his debt and rent, his ex-girlfriend Ya-Wei tums up. A-Hao and Ya-Wei were once a happy couple; but now, as A-Hao runs a dejected theatrical company, Ya-Wei becomes a successful businesswoman. Ya-Wei promises to help A-Hao on the condition that he creates a play displaying the spirit of Taiwan. Everyone stares at Ya-Wei curiously, not knowing her intention－could it be compensation? An unfadable sentiment? A dream that they once shared? Or ... an unexpected scheme? On this grotesque stage, they find the new spirit of Taiwan－the reconciliation of fine arts and popular entertainment！
