《我所經歷的性事》是一個關於可能出現在你我身邊的六位60歲以上的人，分享他們曾經有過的性生活的節目。但是所有關於性的話題只是一個引子，讓我們得以打開更重要的對話：年紀越大，我們就越有勇氣去接受和分享自身的脆弱，這種勇氣源於忍受艱辛與不幸，並體認到脆弱性是普遍及持續的。
All the Sex I’ve Ever Had is what it is: a show about all the sex ever had by a small crew of your neighbors over the age of 60. But all the talk about sex is just an excuse to share something extraordinary: the older people get, the more courageous we are to accept and share our vulnerabilities. It is a courage born of enduring hardship and tragedy and understanding that vulnerability is universal and constant.
