《生命的終曲》透過與「死亡」議題相關的作品，一窺文學與音樂在時空背景碰撞下，經由戲劇化的聲響效果傳達意念。《林中對話》與《羅蕾萊》描述萊茵河畔險峻礁石以及女妖羅蕾萊優美歌聲誘惑船隻的傳說；《露克雷西亞》、《杜蘭朵公主》與《黑桃皇后》三位女主角最後詠嘆調皆期望透過死亡喚回救贖與忠貞愛情。《哈姆雷特》的奧菲莉亞對愛情絕望而發瘋場景將張力堆疊；史勒勞斯給妻子的新婚禮物《四首歌曲》描述愛侶相知相惜的一生，在寧靜樸實中面對終點的昇華，展現生命最美麗的一面。

Annual joint faculty recital series of Graduate Institute of Collaborative Piano, TNNUA will include great musicians to explore different repertoire associated with the theme "Death". The diversified program contains German Lieder (Art Songs) by Zemlinsky, Robert and Clara Schumann, Liszt, and Richard Strauss. It will also present selections from Handel's La Lucrezia, Puccini's Turandot, Tchaikovsky's Queen of Spades and Thomas' Hamlet. It will be pleasant to discover the varieties of collaboration between human voice and piano.
