海德堡舞蹈劇場 x 舞蹈空間舞團 《火鳥．春之祭》

一位少女在眾人圍繞眾目睽睽下，狂舞致死，這是《春之祭》的最後一幕。
《春之祭》的誕生充滿戲劇性，由風格多變的史特拉汶斯基作曲，離經叛道的尼金斯基編舞，1913年由俄羅斯芭蕾舞團在巴黎演出，開演前，觀眾引頸期盼的芭蕾舞劇，未料卻出現一群穿著傳統服飾的舞者屈膝跺腳，聽到的也不是預期中的優美旋律，演出還沒結束，觀眾便憤而離席。
然而這支作品，無論樂舞，皆成為後來各個樂團與編舞家爭相詮釋的經典之作。編舞家如瑪莎葛蘭姆、碧娜．鮑許、韋恩．麥奎格、林懷民和黎海寧等，都推出了屬於自己的《春之祭》。
今年5月於衛武營歌劇院演出的《火鳥．春之祭》，由41歲的西班牙編舞家也是海德堡舞蹈劇場藝術總監的伊凡．沛瑞茲編創，他巧妙的將史特拉汶斯基另一部創作《火鳥》串接在一起。
《火鳥》比《春之祭》提早3年誕生，是堪稱「正常」的芭蕾舞劇，角色設定上也有清楚的善與惡，火鳥是善，魔王是惡，還有王子公主的幸福浪漫情節，而音樂編排因為有強烈的個人風格與突破之處，使史特拉汶斯基開始被眾人注意。
《火鳥．春之祭》2022年在德國海德堡首演，由海德堡舞蹈劇場演出，其中兩位重要的獨舞者過去皆任職於舞蹈空間舞團的駱宜蔚和蘇冠穎，他們分別擔任火鳥和獻祭者角色，今年演出，為海德堡舞蹈劇場和舞蹈空間聯手演出，是22人的大編制，由衛武營國家藝術文化中心藝術總監簡文彬指揮，長榮交響樂團現場演出，氣勢磅礡可以想見。
編舞家伊凡．沛瑞茲曾為荷蘭舞蹈劇場一團及二團舞者，2011年在荷蘭科索劇院支持下展開編舞生涯，2015年與舞蹈空間合作《迴》，在兩廳院「舞蹈秋天」發表；2018年再次合作，於兩廳院TIFA發表《Becoming》後，獲邀擔任德國海德堡舞蹈劇場藝術總監。
海德堡舞蹈劇場為海德堡劇院及交響樂團於2018年成立的專屬常設舞團，除了演出藝術總監的作品，也常與海德堡愛樂管弦樂團及客席編舞家合作。邁入35週年的舞蹈空間，為臺灣當代舞蹈指標團隊，由國家文藝獎得主平珩創立，至今與超過56位的國內外編舞家合作，全球展演近千場，2008年起著重發展國際共製，屢創佳績。臺、德兩團此次合作，精彩可期，不容錯過。 （文/劉竹晴）
Over a century ago, the world witnessed the premieres of two ground-breaking works of dance: The Firebird (1910, choreographed by Michel FOKINE) and The Rite of Spring (1913, choreographed by Vaslav NIJINSKY ). Both pieces generated significant buzz in the world of art and culture upon their premieres held in Paris with both music by Igor STRAVINSKY.
Capturing the essence of ballet tradition, the story depicted in The Firebird unfolds in a mythical and exotic atmosphere, with the namesake character emerging as the focal point. In The Rite of Spring, meanwhile, we see a tight-knit community and its decision to make one of its members the sacrificial victim, a heart-breaking story that clearly reverberates a sense of alienation.
In his project, the artistic director of Dance Theatre Heidelberg (DTH), Iván PÉREZ, attempted to combine the two influential narratives with Firebird & Rite of Spring. By teaming up with Elias GRANDY (General Music Director of Philharmonic Orchestra Heidelberg), he explores the consequences of a foreign element entering existing social dynamics, something that once framed the premise of The Rite of Spring but now introducing a different layer to the already powerful pieces.
The production will be performed live with Evergreen Symphony Orchestra, conducted by the renowned conductor CHINE Wen-pin. It is a celebration of the 35th anniversary of Dance Forum Taipei which PÉREZ has collaborated with twice before, and will be performed with dancers from two companies, DTH and DFT.
