「亞洲馬戲網絡」（Circus Asia Network, CAN）由韓國首爾街頭藝術創作中心（Seoul Street Arts Creation Center, SSACC）於2017年發起，促成2018年由來自七個亞洲及太平洋地區的國家，共13個機構與團體共同成立，以長期交流與培育為方法，共同促進區域內的當代馬戲發展。
2018至2019年間，網絡成員於韓國首爾、日本高松和臺灣高雄舉辦會議及年會，共同繪製亞洲馬戲的藍圖與可能性。2019年，衛武營國家藝術文化中心與首爾街頭藝術創作中心共同策劃「亞洲馬戲駐地計畫」（Circus Asia Residency, CAR），以雙駐地的規劃，支持年輕藝術家的創意發展。目前亞洲馬戲網絡成員包括韓國點子製作公司（Producer Group DOT）、諾麗創意團體（Creative Group NONI ）；臺灣衛武營國家藝術文化中心、FOCASA馬戲團、星合有限公司；日本瀨戶內馬戲工廠（Setouchi Circus Factory）；柬埔寨法爾馬戲團（Phare, The Cambodia Circus）、法爾藝術學院（Phare Ponleu Selapak）；蒙古馬戲協會（Association of Mongolian Circus）、天使的特技和軟骨功中心（Angels Center of Acrobatic & Contortion）；印尼沙利哈拉藝術中心 （Komunitas Salihara Arts Center）；澳洲聚集藝術（Cluster Arts）。
2023年亞洲馬戲網絡年會，由FOCA福爾摩沙馬戲團協力承辦，結合臺灣首屆FOCASA馬戲藝術節一同在臺南登場；2024年則由柬埔寨法爾馬戲團與法爾藝術學院聯合Tini Tinou國際馬戲節共同承辦。2025亞洲馬戲網絡年會將回到衛武營馬戲平台，以「翻轉日常，萬物流動」的策展主題共同品味馬戲帶給我們的魔幻日常。
The Circus Asia Network (CAN) was initiated by Seoul Street Arts Creation Center (SSACC) in 2017 and actualized by 13 organizations and institutions from seven Asian-Pacific countries in 2018 to develop contemporary circus in the region through long-term exchange and fostering programs.
From 2018 to 2019, the network members held conferences and annual meetings in Seoul, Takamatsu, and Kaohsiung to map out the blueprint and possibilities of Asian circus jointly. In 2019, National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) and SSACC co-produced the Circus Asia Residency (CAR), a dual residency program to support the creative development of young artists. The network also comprises Producer Group DOT (Korea), Creative Group NONI (Korea), Focasa Circus Art (Taiwan), and Hsingho Co., Ltd (Taiwan), the Setouchi Circus Factory (Japan), Phare, The Cambodia Circus (Cambodia), Phare Ponleu Selapak (Cambodia), Association of Mongolian Circus (Mongolia), Angels Center of Acrobatic & Contortion (Mongolia), Komunitas Salihara Arts Center (Indonesia) and Cluster Arts (Australia).
The 2023 Circus Asia Network Annual General Meeting was co-organized by FOCA Formosa Circus Art and held in Tainan in conjunction with the first edition of FOCASA Circus Arts Festival; the 2024 AGM was co-organized by Phare, The Cambodian Circus - Siem Reap and Phare Ponleu Selpak - Battambang in conjunction with the Tini Tinou International Circus Festival. The 2025 AGM will return to the Weiwuying Circus Platform, with the curatorial theme of "Inverting the Ordinary, All Things in Flow" to make people experience the magical daily life that circus brings to us.
