尼可萊．梅特涅（Nikolai Medtner）是19世紀末到20世紀初後浪漫音樂較少被世人重視的作曲家，其創作的音樂極為優美且頗具深度，但複雜的織度及創作手法卻常讓音樂家們望之卻步，這包括近百首鮮少被演出的聲樂作品。此場音樂會為梅特涅聲樂曲集系列三，鋼琴家許書豪繼2023年在臺灣與四位聲樂家們聯手首演出數套梅特涅為歌德與普希金的詩所創作的聲樂作品後，今年再次與女高音王喬怡合作演出梅特涅為女高音所創作的藝術歌曲，精彩可期。

Nikolai Medtner was a composer whose music was less valued by the world from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. The music he created was extremely beautiful; however, complex texture and creative techniques in his composition daunt musicians often, this includes nearly a hundred rarely performed vocal works. This is the third concert in the series of Medtner's vocal works. In 2023, pianist David Hsu and four vocalists in Taiwan premiered several sets of Medtner's vocal works which composed for Goethe and Pushkin's poems. David and soprano Chiaoyi Wang will perform four sets of Medtner's art songs for soprano, which is exciting to look forward to. This is the third concert in the series of Medtner's vocal works. Pianist David Hsu and soprano Chiaoyi Wang will perform four sets of Medtner's art songs for soprano in this concert, which is exciting to look forward to.
