這是一個飛越天台的奇蹟夜晚！
香港著名劇作家潘惠森經典得獎文本《在天台上冥想的蜘蛛》，
首度於台灣搬演，四個擠在天台上的小人物，
透過蜘蛛織網引發聯想，帶有荒誕味道、趣味十足的對白，
一齣更貼近都市生活、更貼近你我、卻更荒謬、詩意的舞台劇。
About the play By PAN Hui-sen I’m not a super human; I just want to do what humans can't do.Spider in Meditation is the last work in PAN Huisen’s “Insect Series”, also one that travels the farthest on earth. The play was premiered and revived by the Prospects Theatre in Hong Kong in 2001 and 2002; in 2009, the troupe was invited by Dusseldorfer Schauspielhaus to Germany’s Contemporary Chinese Drama Festival for a staged reading in German, and to Beijing by the Goethe Institute for a Mandarin one. In 2010, the written text was published in Beijing’s Script Magazine. And this year, out of coincidence, China, Taiwan and HK are all producing this play, though in different varieties of Chinese. At Taiwan’s International Theater Festival, we will do our best to create the greatest show.
