第八屆台新獎評審團特別獎蘇文琪，延續2011年《城市微幅》的創作議題，與台灣重量級聲音創作藝術家王福瑞、入圍2006年世界藝術獎（Artes Mundi）視覺藝術家吳季璁共同創作，企圖面對當代生命樣態中，自然與人工空間、真實存在與虛擬網絡、時間記憶與感官經驗的對映、以及身體在這些轉變之間的相互消長關係。
外在環境不斷地擾動現代人的感官經驗，使感官經驗無法維持在穩定狀況，人們追求平衡，從暈眩到穩定，不斷地循環成為生存機制。沒有線性的時間流變，沒有固定的記憶參照，失焦成為新的平衡，失衡成為新的立足點...
The structure of this work starts from questions and thoughts about the human body, as well other elements related to it, with off-balance and misplaced-direction -- the guiding thread throughout. Through space installation and sound, it creates a sense of contrast between space and sense, while the sounds conjuring a map of inner monologue. When light and darkness intersect at that very instance, different forms of creation are at once independent yet bound together, creating a direction for the perception without map.
