為衛武營五歲生日大肆慶祝的《眾人的搖擺》戶外演唱會，將由四組風格各異的唱作歌手登台，為 Open House 夜晚掀起一波狂歡的浪潮！由2023年首度發片的新生代創作歌手韓菲開場，以青春無畏的率真歌聲，顯化清新爽朗的祝福；由具備空靈氣質與多樣面貌的才女歌手法蘭 Fran，以迷幻的歌聲演唱如在夢裏的親密情感；隨後由原子邦妮透過療癒電子音樂，帶領聽眾找到內心的那片森林；壓軸則由人氣男團偶像邱鋒澤擔綱，他將以挑戰不同創作曲風與唱腔而蛻變的實力歌手之姿，為《眾人的搖擺》預見最瘋的完美結局！
《眾人的搖擺》為邀請聽眾與歌手一同祝賀衛武營生日，與演出者們親近同歡，首度在舞台前方規劃搖滾區，開放該區聽眾盡情搖擺舞動，更能近距離用目光一親歌手芳澤！詳細入場方式請見注意事項說明。
The Swing Party outdoor concert, set to mark the fifth anniversary of Weiwuying, promises an eclectic line-up of four unique singer-songwriters, ushering in a wave of exuberance on Open House night. The festivities kick off with the unflinching and authentic voice of Hanfi, a fresh face in the music scene who made her debut in 2023, exuding a refreshing, energetic aura. She will be followed by the talented Fran, a singer known for her ethereal quality and versatility, who will perform intimate numbers that echo like whispers in a dream. Then, Astro Bunny will guide the audience on a sonic journey through a forgotten forest within their hearts with their therapeutic electronic music. The grand finale will be helmed by Feng Ze, a member of a popular idol group, whose adaptability to different creative styles and vocal techniques foresees a thrilling and perfect close for the Swing Party.
Swing Party is not just a concert, but an invitation for the audience and artists to join together in celebrating Weiwuying's anniversary. For the first time, a floor section has been set up before the stage, allowing the audience there to sway and dance freely and get an up-close experience with the performers.
