「Rollo－ 臺灣．以色列合作線上藝術創作交流展演計畫」為一疫情期間、國際旅行及文化交流限制下，突破地理和疫情的囿限，由文化部、駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處、衛武營國家藝術中心、以及Rollo藝術計畫團隊共同支持進行的國際藝術交流合作計畫，多年來已與土耳其、英國、俄羅斯等國藝術機構及組織合作，創造出各式各樣豐富多樣的線上作品成果。今年計畫來到臺灣，並由衛武營國家藝術中心以及Rollo藝術計畫團隊共同主辦，希冀透過臺灣及以色列雙邊策展人協力，攜手串聯新生代藝術家，在限定的時間和主題下激盪出跨國交流的作品。

◆雙邊策展人討論擬定主題詞彙，並邀請雙邊各10位藝術家，輪流在24小時內接龍創作。策展人將主題告知第1位藝術家，並在24小時內創作出呼應該詞彙意涵的作品，之後由策展人將此作品傳遞予第2位藝術家（不告知詞彙），第2位藝術家根據第一位藝術家作品內容元素或所引發的靈感在24小時間創作，以此類推至10位藝術家創作完成全系列。

◆創作類型：藝術種類及創作媒材不限，包含音樂、舞蹈、戲劇、影像、視覺藝術、多媒體，以及跨領域創作等。

◆成果展現：本計畫的創作成品除於衛武營官網及Rollo藝術計畫官網展示外，亦歡迎合作機構之網路平台、線上媒體連結展示，並規劃線上活動，以擴大交流受眾及成果效益。系列作品亦可於全球疫情舒緩後，適時規劃實體展覽及各項延伸活動。

"Rollo – Taiwan. Israel Creative Exchange Online Exhibition" is an international creative exchange and collaboration project jointly supported and carried out by the Rollo art project team and Israel Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei. The global pandemic has restricted international travel and cultural exchanges, and this collaboration is an attempt to break past the limitations of geography and the pandemic. Past collaborations over the years with art institutions and groups in Turkey, the UK, Russia, and other countries produced a rich and diverse collection of online works. This year, the project has come to Taiwan and will be jointly organized by National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) and the Rollo team. We hope that this joint undertaking between curators from Taiwan and Israel will serve to bridge new generations of artists as they engage in international exchange by creating works under an allotted time and theme.

◆How to participate: Applications will be evaluated, and 10 artists each from Taiwan and Israel will be selected to participate. Curators from both sides will come up with a theme and corresponding keyword, after which the artists will take turns creating works within a 24-hour period. The curators will first inform the first artist of the word, who will then create an artwork corresponding to this theme within 24 hours. Next, the curators will pass on the creation of the first artist to the second artist (the artist is not informed of the keyword), and the second artist will have 24 hours to create a work inspired by the content or elements of the first artist's work. The series will continue until 10 different works have been produced by each of the creators.

◆Creative work types: there are no restrictions on art forms or mediums. Works can be music, dance, drama, images, visual art, multimedia, or interdisciplinary creations.

◆Results exhibition: the project's creations will be displayed on Weiwuying and Rollo International's websites. Partner websites and online media platforms are welcome to link to the exhibition, and online activities will be organized to share the results with audiences. A physical exhibition of the creations and related activities may be planned once the global pandemic eases.
