不論是大人或小孩，「動物」一直是我們的成長經歷中最有趣的話題，作曲家也不例外。繼《森林裡的秘密一遇見幾米》、《神奇的吹笛人》，NSO 【永遠的童話】 這次以「動物」為主題，策劃了百看不厭的《彼得與狼》童話戲劇與法國作曲家聖桑的《動物狂歡節》組曲。在「動物園幻想曲」中，聖桑將藉14段活潑生動的樂曲，帶領小朋友以想像力遊歷動物圈。
趙自強領軍的如果兒童劇團第三度與 NSO 合作，透過音樂與戲劇的結合，以豐富的劇場元素，搭配生動活潑的演出，2007年婦幼節， NSO 邀請愛樂的大孩子與小朋友一起來「童心未泯」！
Following The Pied Piper and Secrets in the Woods in 2004 and 2005, the NSO stage another concert in its Forever Tales children's program. This time, the theme is animals, and the musical tales to be performed are Peter and the Wolf and Le Carnaval des animaux (often translated The Carnival of the Animals). Peter and the Wolf, by Ukrainian composer Sergei Prokofiev, is a classic tale loved by children worldwide. Le Carnaval des animaux, by French composer Camille Saint-Saens, is an orchestral suite of fourteen movements that depicts a different animal in each movement. This performance marks the third collaboration between IfKids Theatre and the NSO. The combination of music and drama, with elements of the theater and lively acting, is guaranteed to grab kids' attention through out the whole program.
