【Taiwan Dance Platform】Hydra

Hydra由活躍歐陸的以色列編舞家、法國Rillieux-la-Pape國家編舞中心總監尤夫˙匹克(Yuval Pick)創作，透過現代舞蹈，重新建立起建築與人的互動關係。發想自法國布魯皇家修道院，原本寧靜的建築，在舞者充滿律動及詩意的舞動下，將變成充滿律動感、不受拘束的表演空間。空間的結構與歷史的時間交錯，舞者們的呼吸聲在空間中被擴增、放大，進而創造出美妙絕倫的嶄新表演體驗。衛武營特別邀請團隊將舞作於衛武營多變的空間中重新搬演，在舞者的絕妙舞姿中，將引領觀眾進入一趟空間與舞蹈相互作用的絕美旅程。
Hydra is a site specific project for five dancers. Yuval Pick sculpts time and space with such sensitivity and density that he renders it nearly material. With his fascination with the information contained in the body, the architecture of spaces and creating dialogues with acoustic materials, it seems almost a given that he would now be planning to confront his dancing with different spaces and venues.
