記憶黑洞鑼鼓歇，瓊花相思追夢蝶， 眾裡尋他一掬淚，百年歌仔如影飛。 一曲悠悠傳來的唸歌歌聲，撫慰了瓊花阿嬤的心，那是她記憶黑洞裡深埋的情愫？還是曾經失落遺忘的情緣？ 女兒秀秀的會心安排，讓瓊花阿嬤的老姊妹們，陪著她再歷百年歌仔戲鑼鼓喧天的風華歲月，一點一滴地喚醒瓊花阿嬤如影如夢的記憶，那些記憶在手中握不住，如沙漸漸流逝。在燈火闌珊處，終究明白了瓊花阿嬤深埋的愛戀情苗、她這一生中難分難捨的夢中情人竟是……。衛武營開幕季自製大戲《相思唱歌仔》，從大樹下的本地歌仔，登上野臺、進入內臺，跨越廣播、電影、電視不同媒體，如今追求更精緻的劇場歌仔戲，名伶世家引領風騷，演繹宛若人生的歌仔歲月。請帶著開啟記憶的鑰匙，一同進入如歌的年代。
Gezaixi, “taiwanese opera”, is the only dramatic form that is originated from Taiwan. Over the past century, it has gone through many transformations but remains one of the most popular art forms in Taiwan nowadays. All the prestigious gezaixi companies assemble at Weiwuying in this grand production. Through a pastiche of classics, often put on a makeshift outdoors stage by itinerant actors; its influence from Chinese opera in early twentieth century; its elevation to indoors theatre during the Japanese colonial era; and its successful reinvention on radio, television, and film. As each company presents the highlights in its repertoire, both the young and the old will find something to love.
