高雄市國樂團在南台灣深耕多年，持續推廣藝術，勇於挑戰並融入多元音樂元素，創造豐富的音樂風貌。本次音樂會邀請客席指揮劉江濱, 以新竹東門城歷史為靈感的《東城竹塹風》開場，描繪風穿城樓的意象。分別與嗩吶演奏家溫育良、曾榆尹演奏《鳳求凰》雙嗩吶協奏曲及二胡演奏家演出《紅高粱》板胡協奏曲，優美旋律觸動人心。終曲再現中西文化交融的港都風情。

The Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra has been deeply rooted in southern Taiwan for many years, continuously promoting the arts, daring to challenge and integrate various musical elements, creating a rich musical landscape. This concert invited guest conductor Liu Jiangbin to open with 'Wind of Dongcheng Bamboo Fencing,' inspired by the history of Hsinchu's East Gate, depicting the imagery of wind passing through the city towers. Next,. The 'Phoenix Seeking the Phoenix' double suona concerto is performed with suona players Wen Yuliang and Zeng Yuyin, followed by erhu player performance of 'Red Sorghum' banhu concerto, both touching hearts with their beautiful melodies. The finale features recreating the charm of a port city where Chinese and Western cultures blend.
