斜槓醇弦四重奏由四位同時在醫學領域及弦樂演奏都出類拔萃的醫聲室內樂團首席所組成，他們自2021年起推出了一系列斜槓人生音樂會。除了系列二、系列四、系列七的經典弦樂四重奏，還包括系列一鋼琴五重奏，系列三豎笛五重奏、系列五弦樂五重奏、系列六低音管五重奏。2023年並在第一屆灣聲國際音樂大賽-弦樂四重奏大賽進入決賽並獲得優選獎。此次系列八將帶來許多臺灣作曲家的作品及台灣民謠改編曲。

The Mellow-Slashies String Quartet is composed by four friends working in medical fields and section principals in the Physician Chamber Orchestra of Taiwan. Their professional performance has been highly appreciated and acclaimed in their previous seven series concerts. In series 8, they will perform string quartet pieces composed by Taiwanese composers.
