身體、圖像、實體、虛擬的眾聲喧嘩。人類被自己打造的圖像世界所環繞，在這個世界裡，有形的生命體迷失在膨脹的現實，實體與虛擬的分野已然消失。
身體是沈默的見證者。
這些圖像說話、耳語、從遠方吶喊。我們希望參透圖像，同時又害怕被它們吞噬。我們觸碰圖像，也被它們觸及。我們動心了。
虛擬世界延展了我們的身體和體驗。虛擬世界中，以假亂真的圖像取代了真實—假如真實曾存在過。鏡頭下的身體，是真實，還是虛構的？
身體之於舞蹈重要性，比在任何藝術形式中都來的關鍵。舞者聰明、敏感和實質的身體，成為探索新世界非物質性的絕佳場域，重新思考我們在新地景觀中的定位吧。
圖像如天鵝絨般移動。柔軟、無害、愉悅。圖像如屠夫般的衝擊，不憤怒或增恨。我們看著圖像，圖像也看著我們。
A polyphony of bodies and images, of physical and virtual experiences. We, human beings, have created a world where a tissue of images surrounds us. Where the living and tangible bodies get lost in the inflated reality, boundaries between the corporeal and immaterial world get dissolved. The body has become a silent witness.
The images speak to us, whisper in our ear, scream fiercely from a distance. In a battle between our wish to penetrate the images and the fear of being swallowed by them. By looking at the images we can touch them - and get touched. We are moved.
Habitants of a produced ‘second nature’, voyagers and voyeurs in a virtual world that extends our body and our experience. Where images have become so real that they have replaced the reality - if such a thing ever existed. Is a filmed body real, or is it a fiction of that body?
In no other art form the human body is as crucial as in dance. The dancer's intelligent, hypersensitive and carnal body becomes a privileged place to explore the immateriality of the new world. To rethink our position in this new landscape.
Images moving like velvet. Soft, harmless, pleasurable. Images hitting, without anger or hate, like the butcher. We look at the images, and the images look at us.
