《Songs Dearest to Me》Pin-Huey Wang & Friends

鋼琴合作藝術家王品惠博士安排一場別出心裁的音樂會，透過聲樂經典名曲穿梭在不同時期與不同國度的創作背景之中，讓聽眾透過耳朵進行一場世界之旅。特別邀請四位聲樂博士，分別是任教於國立臺中教育大學音樂系的黎蓉櫻副教授，國立中山大學劇場藝術系的林宜誠副教授，南臺科技大學流行音樂產業系的陳慧如副教授，輔仁大學音樂系的周筱倩助理教授前來共襄盛舉。音樂會將以德、法、英、臺等語言演唱，相信在詩詞意境與聲樂家優美歌聲的渲染下，聽眾將擁有一個七彩風情的心靈饗宴。

Collaborative pianist Pin-Huey Wang has arranged an exquisite concert, a wonderful spiritual feast through German, French, English, Taiwanese songs, from different times and countries, a journey around the world through our ears.The arrangements of pieces are differentiated by countries, starting with the German-Austrian chapter with Mozart's motet《Exsultate, Jubilate》presenting a joyful atmosphere. Coming right after is Richard Strauss's art song, excerpted from 《Brentano Lieder》, and our French chapter with the《Quatre chansons de Jeunesse》from Debussy's early works. Advancing to the American chapter, we will be ending the first half of the program with the most iconic American contemporary composer Samuel Barber with his early works《Three Songs Op.10》. After intermission we will introduce more American composers' works one after another, for instance, Richard Hundley, Charles Ives, finishing on our American chapter with Negro Spirituals. After traveling around Europe and America we come back to our homeland - Taiwan. In our Taiwan chapter, we have chosen two songs 《The Fairest Flower》and《Vagabond》by Tyzen Hsiao and will be sung in Taiwanese. Looking forward to bring a catalogue abundant of arts of different places. We have specifically invited four Doctors of Musical Arts in voice performance, they are Jung-Ying Lee, associate professor of Department of Music at National Taichung University of Education; Yi-Cherng Lin, associate professor of Department of Theater Arts at National Sun Yat-Sen University; Hui-Ju Chen, associate professor of Department of Popular Music Industry at Southern Taiwan University of Science; Hsiao-Chien Chou, assistant professor of Department of Music at Fu Jen Catholic University. Our concerts will consist and be performed in German, French, English, Taiwanese, etc, our audience will have an amazing and deeply moving spiritual feast.
