從想像力出發，以實際操作劇場技術課程-燈光、服裝、化妝、物件、攝影，到戲劇表演、聲音、肢體訓練等，連結到劇場演出；透過小組方式溝通討論，讓學員們自行規劃表演節目，訓練其闡述想法的能力及對藝術之鑑賞力，一同完成最後結業時的劇場舞台呈現。
以黑盒子劇場作為教學空間，讓課程更活潑，更理解劇場製作過程。
拉近青少年對表演藝術的想像，發覺自己在日常生活中的表演藝術。
Everything begins with inspiration. Practical technical classes on such theatrical aspects as lighting, costume, make up, props, multimedia, drama, sound, and physical training, support the theater performance on stage. Small group discussions give students the opportunity to plan performances on their own; at the same time, they train the ability of the students to think and express their thoughts as well as build their appreciation of art. Upon graduation, students take these skills to the stage.
A black box theater is used for classroom space. This means that classes are more active and better able to teach students how theaters work in actual practice. Giving young people a clearer picture of the performance arts, and showing them how performance enters into their daily lives.
