両両製造聚團自2016起在臺灣寶寶劇場發展至今已近五年，於創作演出、親子工作坊辦理不遺餘力；近年，深感臺灣各地對於嬰幼兒劇場的關注與時機逐漸成熟，2020年在國藝會的常態補助支持下，推出「Taiwan Baby Theater Lab 台灣寶寶劇場藝術家平台計畫」，邀請蘇格蘭摘星(Starcatchers)計畫總監Rhona Matheson和藝術家Heather Fulton 透過線上講座分享其多年的創作及合作經驗，並聚焦於亞洲的寶寶劇場，串聯香港、新加坡、澳門及臺灣等地的夥伴團隊，以線上講座方式與國外連結，而工作坊現場更是集結從南到北各個領域的藝術家，帶領有意投入寶寶劇場的創作者，一同探索、一同擴散，期望創造出屬於臺灣寶寶劇場的多樣性。
Double & Cross Theater Group has been working in baby theater filed via performances and workshops in Taiwan since 2016. In recent years, we feel that the energy and the cultural environment of baby theater in Taiwan are getting mature. With the funding support from National Culture and Arts Foundation in Taiwan, we decided to launch “Taiwan Baby Theater Lab in 2020. This August, we will host a 6-days workshop, gathering artists from different discipline, and work with participants who are interested in the development of baby theater in Taiwan. During the workshop, we not only invite the Chief Executive of Starcatchers in Scotland, Rhona Matheson, and their associate artist, Heather Fulton, to share their creations and experiences via online lecture, but also have our partners in Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and Taiwan to share different scenes of baby theater within Asia. Through “Taiwan Baby Theater Lab”, we hope to explore and expand the development of baby theater in order to create its variety in Taiwan.
