米洛．勞以這齣戲開啟了「歷史劇場」系列，這是針對人類最古老的藝術形式所做的一份長期表演研究，並且由剛果編舞家法斯丁．林耶庫拉在2018／2019年度延續下去。米洛．勞及其團隊回歸他們從事了15年的藝術工作最根本的問題：暴力與創傷事件可否在舞台重現—尋找悲劇中的人性本質，歌詠劇場的力量。
With this production, Milo Rau will beintroducing the series Histoire(s) du théâtre,a performative long-term study on humankind’s oldest art form, which the Congolesechoreographer Faustin Linyekula will becontinuing in the 2018/19 season. Rau and his
team return to the fundamental problems of theirartistic work over the last 15 years: the questionof representability of violence and traumaticevents on stage – in search of the essence of thefundamentally tragic human condition and incelebration of the power of theatre.
