北大武山排灣族絕美天籟
傳遞自然純粹的新春祝福
在北大武山與南大武山交界處，有一道孕育歌謠的瀑布，那是生命的源頭，是歌謠故事及旋律的起始點。佇立瀑布前的排灣族人，受到最細微的水分子日夜浸染。唱歌，成了生活中最富足的一件事。
泰武古謠傳唱來自北大武山的部落，為當前最具國際知名度、以優美天籟征服世界的排灣古調演唱團體。雖然各城市均有文化中心，然而許多鄉鎮仍面臨資源匱乏、文化交流機會有限與傳統文化難以保存等挑戰。近十年來，他們持續蒐集泰武及佳興部落排灣族古調，邀集部落耆老在課程中句句傳唱、原聲錄音、探問歌詞意思，期許從歌謠中領略文化與生活。
泰武古謠傳唱深信「歌謠要回來，語言就會回來」，除了保留傳承過去的歌謠給孩子，也期待未來能將當代以族語創作歌謠的能力尋回。在新的一年，他們要將部落中的歌謠故事以及喜歡唱歌的意念，化做聲聲的祝福，為衛武營的觀眾帶來一場美好的聽覺饗宴。
A waterfall nurtures ballads at the juncture of North and South Dawu Mountain. It is a source of life where ballads, stories, and melodies originate. The Payuan people live in front of the waterfall, absorbing its delicate droplets. For them, singing has become the most fulfilling part of life.
The members of the Taiwu Ballads Troupe hail from North Dawu Mountain. This troupe is currently the most prominent troupe performing ancient tunes globally, captivating audiences worldwide with its graceful sounds of nature. While cities have cultural centers, most villages face financial constraints, limited cultural exchange opportunities, and difficulties preserving
traditional heritage. Over the past decade, the troupe has ceaselessly collected ancient Payuan tunes from the Taiwu and Puljetji tribes, recording tribal elders' performances and exploring the meaning behind lyrics to deepen their understanding of the culture and way of life.
The Taiwu Ballads Troupe firmly believes that "if the ballads come back, so will the language." In addition to preserving traditional ballads for children, it envisages creating contemporary Payuan-language ballads. In the new year, they will transform the stories of their tribal songs and their love for singing into blessings, offering a delightful New Year's feast for all.
