爵士樂的演唱，從路易斯．阿姆斯壯（Louis Armstrong）在1926年發展出首次的scat（人聲即興）開始，後隨著不同時代樂風的轉變，歌手更不拘泥於單純演唱歌詞，或僅以無字面意義的syllables（音節）來展現即興，進一步地，歌手嘗試將自己的獨奏填上歌詞，賦予即興新的畫面與意境— vocalese一詞正式誕生。咆哮樂時期以其豐富的和聲、多變的語句著稱，更是許多vocalese擷取即興樂句的活水源泉。本系列將從咆哮樂的精神出發，以獨特的人聲三重奏加爵士三重奏—「唱咆哮」，向查理．帕克致敬！
The singing of jazz began with the first scat (vocal improvisation) developed by Louis Armstrong in 1926. Later, with the change of musical style in different eras, the singers were no longer limited to either singing the lyrics alone, or only syllables that had no literal meaning to express improvisational technique. Now singers filled in the words of a solo, giving improvisation a new image and artistic mood, and the term vocalese then was formally born. The Bebop period is famous for its rich harmony and diverse musical sentences, and it is also a great source of inspiration for vocalese. This series will pay tribute to Charlie Parker by carrying forward the spirit of Bebop, with a unique vocal trio plus jazz trio, Sing Bebop!
