最好的體驗是看不見的 - 彼得．莫維爾 2018 衛武營國際論壇以使用者介面(User Interface, UI) 、使用者體驗(User Experience,UX)為脈絡，引出兩日論壇主題。UI 為使用者與提供服務者的接觸面，如建築、設備、空間規劃、動線設計、服務流程…等邏輯面；UX 為使用者因接觸介面獲得的實際感受，更是形塑使用者的整體情感經驗。UI 與UX 相輔相成，亦能展現人性化之發揮。首場公民論壇，以衛武營國家藝術文化中心之指標設計，作為使用者經驗大公開；專題演講涵蓋以使用者體驗為思維的指標設計、融入觀展經驗的展場規劃、整合各式介面以塑造真實臨場的遊戲氛圍、知識產出的體驗學習、如何以故事敘述技巧創造使用者經驗。兩天論壇以實際案例為分析，提出UI 與UX 觀點，聚焦思考藝文場館、團隊組織與展演作品，如何建構一條使用者體驗旅程，延伸討論使用者體驗旅程何時開始、何時結束，又該如何介入。
The best experience is invisible. - Peter Morville An architectural design is user experience design on a spatial level, and thestructure is the interface that users can interact with (David Lau, 2015). The presentation of the performance as an interface creates a unique experience for audience. From space to sprit, it creates a total experience for the people. This year's Weiwuying International Symposium themes at "User Interface" and "User Experience". Leaders in different disciplines around dthe world will share their experience and inspire each other to imagine new possibilities.
