大提琴Julius Berger曾讚譽「音樂詮釋具有令人驚艷的藝術性及獨特的思維，其充滿人性的歌唱特質。」2018年大提琴家邱奕勳精湛的演奏技巧、有著豐沛的情感表達，唯美細緻的音樂呈現，更有愛樂者給予「在音樂至高點總令人揪心」的評價，令人回味不已；2020年邱奕勳再度邀請鋼琴家黃郁文，演奏貝多芬、布魯赫、舒曼等人的作品，及德佛札克那龐大廣闊的大提琴協奏曲，帶領觀眾觸碰孤獨與昇華。

In 2018 solo recital, cellist Yi-Hsun Chiu won acclaimed such as "the tension is natural and moving," " it's always breathtaking at the climax of his music." In 2020, Chiu will play cello works by Beethoven, Bruch, and Schumann, and the broad and impressive concerto by Dvorak, with his longtime partner, piansit Yu-Wen Huang.
